Saturday Sept. 10 @ 8:17 a.m.
I'm on my way out the door to work on the Columbus shelter CTC but I wanted to send you all a quick update.

Digital Vision is coordinating the shelter CTC at the Convention Center in Cleveland. The CTC is up and running. They are just working on details while they await the arrival of the evacuees.

OCCN is coordinating the shelter CTC at Rickenbacker National Air Guard Base in Columbus. The CTC is partially up. We are receiving lots of help from the Air National Guardsmen and the State of Ohio Adjutant General's Department (its their space).

Media Bridges is coordinating the CTC at Linwood Elementary (currently unused) in Cincinnati. The CTC is still in development.

All three cities are working together sharing information and resources. We are passing our documents to CTCNet so that nobody is recreating any wheels here. Big thanks to Will Reed for passing his documents and providing advice to us.
