DefaultHref.setFullUrl should not escape parameters using StringEscapeUtils.

Key: DISPL-404
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DISPL-404
Project: DisplayTag
Issue Type: Bug
Components: HTML Generation
Affects Versions: 1.1
Reporter: george talusan
I have custom cell renderers using displaytag. The cell renderers make use of
DefaultHref and PortletHref to generate URLs. If I have a % in one of my URLs,
DefaultHref won't escape it to %25 properly. PortletHref makes use of
PortletURL and in Pluto/Jetspeed this will encode the URL properly.
DefaultHref should not use StringEscapeUtils.escapeHtml. It should instead use
URLEncoder.encode(). The only place that displaytag, at first glance, uses
these Hrefs is when it creates pagination/sorting links. The code that
generates the actual <a> tag should be where StringEscapeUtils.escapeHtml is
used.
