I needed to the ability to specify the placement of the paging banner (the
number of records found text) and the paging links (the next/prev links)
independently of each other.
I added a new property called "paging.banner.links.placement" that allows you
to do this.
If this property is not passed, it defaults to whatever the value of the
"paging.banner.placement" property is.
I'm attaching patches to the source and to the docs.
