External Paging and reference number in header

When using the external paging, the number displayed in the header for the
"walk" in the list remain always the same, i.e. from the first to the size of
the list.
The header display look allway like this : "120 items found, displaying 1 to
10." even if I'm in the third page for example.
But display tag can calculate the current number since we provide the current
page, the number of elements displayed per page and the total number of element.
The problem seem to be located in SmartListHelper.getFirstIndexForPage(int
pageNumber) witch alway return 0 if we use partial list.
