Rob MacGrogan commented on DISPL-469:
-------------------------------------
I am seeing the same problem in the 1.1.1 release of DisplayTag from August of
2007. Please fix this one! :)
> External Paging and reference number in header
> ----------------------------------------------
>
> Key: DISPL-469
> URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DISPL-469
> Project: DisplayTag
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Paging/Sorting
> Affects Versions: 1.1
> Reporter: Benoit Delagarde
>
> When using the external paging, the number displayed in the header for the
> "walk" in the list remain always the same, i.e. from the first to the size of
> the list.
> The header display look allway like this : "120 items found, displaying 1 to
> 10." even if I'm in the third page for example.
> But display tag can calculate the current number since we provide the current
> page, the number of elements displayed per page and the total number of
> element.
> The problem seem to be located in SmartListHelper.getFirstIndexForPage(int
> pageNumber) witch alway return 0 if we use partial list.
