CheckboxDecorator With Spring SimpleFormController

How can CheckboxDecorator can be implemented with Spring using an
SimpleFormController ?
I need to make something like a shoping car, showing the items with DisplayTag
using the pagination and trying to remember the checkbox status with
CheckboxDecorator, but when you add the param form to DisplayTag this causes
that you need to submit your form trough JavaScript and this triggers the
validation and submission of the form (onSubmit) and this cause that you lost
the pagination showing you the first page
Is there any way to make this eassier?
Coul you put an wole example using DisplayTag CheckboxDecorator and form
submission with another fields..
