Here is the bug :
Let's build a simple portlet URL :
<portlet:renderURL var="baseUrl">
<portlet:param name="id" value="toto" />
</portlet:renderURL>
<a href="${baseUrl}">Click here</a>
When I point my mouse over the link, I've someting like
http://portal.univ.fr/render.userLayoutRootNode.target.n25.uP?pltc_target=16.n25&pltp_id=toto&pltc_type=RENDER#n25
Now let's do this with displaytag :
<portlet:renderURL var="baseUrl" />
<d:table name="${itemList}" ...>
<d:column href="${baseUrl}" paramId="id" paramProperty="itemId" />
...
</d:table>
Here's the new URL :
http://portal.univ.fr/render.userLayoutRootNode.target.n25.uP?id=toto&pltc_target=16.n25&pltc_type=RENDER#n25
You can see that 'id' parameter is never portlet encoded (with a ptlp_ prefix),
and you can't get it in your portlet.
