Hello Elvis,

I've took a look at the source and it seems like the CSV, XLS and XML are
"hardcoded" somehow to be the first 3 exports, the others will be added
after these 3. As PDF is not a standard export type for displaytag, even if
it is very easy to configure, it will be display last.
As an alternative you could try defining a new export type : myexcel, and
configure it identically with the default excel export option.
Then you will have to declare

export.types=pdf myexcel

This way these export options will be ordered as you need.
