Great! The link should be broken. These issues are close, but
unrelated. The 1885 is about "tar" file being overwritten and removed
when several sdist archives are created at once. The 1886 is about
using tarfile module to create these archives.

The newest patch in superseder issue 1886 doesn't cover case for 1885 anymore.
