We certainly can use an experienced writer. The current priority is to get the Introductory pages for the User Guide, and the detailed Writer Guide pages completed and released. There is a status page for everything at https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide/Status. The User Guide pages themselves are linked from the Status Doc and are also found at https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide. This mailing list is our main communication channel. All questions or discussion should take place here so that all members of the team can participate.
