Brian Peek did one based on the current RC. I don't know if it ever got folded back in to SVN, however - that's outside my area of expertise. As I recall, we had to manually (well, scripted) register the DLLs. That build works acceptably on Vista 64 (with the GUI changes we did for Vista applies, obviously), but it has one lingering problem - it calls the 64-bit version of IE, not the 32-bit version. (This is the normal behaviour for a 64-bit program.) Because of that, there are issues with a lot of sites, since 64-bit IE doesn't have any ActiveX.
