I think so, and I just confirmed it with a brief test - removing the Anonymous READ policy results in the error message. So just re-add the policy. There's a "Click here to add a new policy." on the Authorizations screen. P.S. I didn't test with JSPUI, but if it doesn't recognize the missing policy, the new feature (that collections can be made private) wasn't ported to JSPUI just yet, but it should be (for consistency).
