You can only re-install a certificate from a .p12 file.  If you didn't
save your cert to a .p12 file, you'll have to request a new cert from
ARRL, as if you are a new user.

I didn't think that uninstalling the program would remove your
certificates or station locations, at least that has not been my
experience.  Did you use some tool like Revo Uninstaller and tell it
to remove EVERYTHING?
