How did you transfer? If you IMPORTED to 8.05 from an export from another
major version, it would be another format and make sure you select the
correct filetype (.DX4WN8, .DX4WIN6, etc.). I think 6 and 7 are the same.
DX4WIN8 changed the log.

Subject: [Dx4win] Problem with DX4WIN 8.05

Hello all,

When I transferred over to DX4WIN 8.05 on a win 7 machine, things are not
quite right. I had my contacts from my XP-machine saved on a flash drive. I
imported them to the WIN7 machine which has 8.05 on it. All 420K qsos
imported very nicely except for one problem...All of my qso info is gone;
i.e.; names, qth's, etc. Only the call sign and all the qsos related to the
call sign appear..Just no information.

Any thoughts?

Carol
