Ok. I screwed up. Looking at too many datasheets. For 82574L, your right. Only
10/100 supports half-duplex.
For 82571eb & 82572ei, I'm unsure wether it should support 1000 half duplex,
but it says: "IEEE 802.3ab Auto-Negotiation support"
82573e_v says "Integrated PHY for 10/100/1000 Mb/s full and half duplex
operation"
