It seems that the reason I've been unable to boot the powerpc no matter how many times I try and the nasty words I use is that Apple's incompatible with ISC dhcpd.
http://www.nabble.com/BOOTP-BSDP-failed:-no-FILENAME-specified-open--netbsd-t3729369.html http://staff.harrisonburg.k12.va.us/~rlineweaver/macnb/ Indeed, the Apple is sending option 221. I'm not clear on the patch makes sense to me because of the test for the string "Apple MacNC" which I do not see in any requests from the iBook. I also do not see this as a reported "bug" for dhcp3-server. Should it be? I'll try patching and see what happens. -- Bill Moseley [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- edubuntu-users mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/edubuntu-users
