Jim, This utility seems to be the only one where Elecraft is Windows-only with no apparent plans to change. I discovered the same last year looking for the linux version, when Elecraft support recommended using a virtual host. :-(
The easiest solution I found was installing VirtualBox (free) and then installing Windows XP in it, but you do need an XP installation disc. (At work, as soon as desktop PCs are bought for email/web, the Windows os is replaced with linux so we have many old XP, Vista, 7 cd 'frisbees'.)
