I'd like to get a directional coupler to, among other things, monitor my transmit signal on a scope.

The Elecraft CP1 kit is priced well, but I'd want it in a metal box with panel mount connectors, SO-239 for the main RF path. I'd also rather use 50 ohm terminators rather than switches, so at that point it probably makes sense to build my own. Just curious what others have done and if there are recommendations for reasonably priced, commercially available directional couplers for HF at 100 W or more.
