Hallo, with a current version of Org-mode (release_8.0.2-101-gce5988) this seems to generate a link when exporting to HTML (as documented and expected):
# <<myanchor>> ... [[myanchor]] something However, in the following example no link is generated and the text that should be the link's label (here: "abc") is set in italic: # <<myanchor>> ...
