oh! you're right ... I may be using the wrong binary! That might explain
it.
and sure enough, although I did do a build on the 15th, it looks like
I misread the output and maybe it didn't install, in which case it could
be the old binary has problems with the new ALSA libraries in the just
updated mandriva 2007.1
I will rebuild, make sure, and respond to this thread one way or the other.
