If you download the 5I20 support package from Mesa, the pinout files for 
some HostMot2 configurations are in the HOSTMOT2 directory, they are .PIN 
files. I think Sebastians driver can print out the pinouts as well (the pinout 
is embedded in the FPGA configuration).
