Enigma Game - Windows 11

Hello! :D   I was trying to play Enigma v1.30, but it doesn't work on 
Windows 11 :(  I tried both exe and zip for Windows 7 and 10, but still 
doesn't work  How can I fix it?   Greetings! :D
