With previous Europythons and the two PyConUKs, you had to email in any changes you wanted to make. This year, the idea is that: 1. You submit your talk, you need nothing but your content. 2. It is emailed to those who have volunteered to help with submissions. The person will have an initial read and if the person is not an obvious spammer, then they get a log in at that point. -This cuts down on the amount of spam logins and requires a bit less trust in Django's security, since some others (not me) in the team are not convinced about that. 3. When the talk is accepted, the talks leave this system and go into the scheduling system.
