In addition, I'm going to schedule the talks. I'm sure we can accommodate your
requirement to speak on a particular date. (If many others also ask, then I
might have to turn down those future requests, depending on the logistics of
scheduling.)
I'll make a note of your date requirement myself, but could you also attach a
note to that effect to your talk submission as a reminder for myself and others.
