Hi! > I was just writing my EuroPython talk and I had a random thought, what > are we doing about outlines/handouts/slide for regular talks? For PyConUK we made a CD but that > requires a lot of work, and ideally we would a volunteer to edit it > and chase people for the outlines. If this has already been decided > and sorted out already then ignore me.
I would also suggest to create an event on http://slideshare.net which might even result on showing it on the Homepage (like now some PHP conference). This might publicize the EuroPython conference more in those circles. Here is the event page: http://www.slideshare.net/events-add Still chasing for the slides would still be necessary if the speakers don't upload their slides themselves. There are also at least a few slidesets on there from last year; http://www.slideshare.net/tag/europython2008 -- Christian -- Christian Scholz Homepage: http://comlounge.net COM.lounge GmbH blog: http://mrtopf.de/blog Hanbrucher Str. 33 Skype: HerrTopf 52064 Aachen Video Blog: http://comlounge.tv Tel: +49 241 400 730 0 E-Mail [email protected] Fax: +49 241 979 00 850 IRC: MrTopf, Tao_T neuer Podcast: Der OpenWeb-Podcast (http://openweb-podcast.de) new podcast: Data Without Borders (http://datawithoutborders.net) _______________________________________________ Europython-improve mailing list [email protected] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/europython-improve
