Many good points have been raised already, but one thing I would say
to both proposals is make sure that you include in the room budget a
dedicated, secure and large enough crew room. We learned by experience
that having a private place to rehash arrangements, sort out problems
and solve emergencies is much easier than trying to solve emergencies
in a conference room in front of hundreds of delegates.
