I doubt I will be able to make it this year due to my budget (I am
paying my own way to conferences due to work cutbacks), and to prevent
added stress on my family. I am considering forgoing PyCon 2012 and
instead going to other python conferences outside the US. I would go
to the US conference as well, but I fear that if I get close I will
end up volunteering, and burning out ;-) After next year I was to try
just being an attendee again...
