Is it SLES10 SP2 or SP3?
According to this webpage:

http://support.novell.com/security/cve/CVE-2009-1758.html it looks like
it's SP2.

As I see from the log that sp2 backports are applied.
Indeed. I also see the difference between
kernel_addons/backport/2.6.16_sles10_sp{2,3}/include/net/ipv6.h

That is driving this query.

The reason for other failures is that Ipath driver is not included in the daily build.
