The cert must be valid and match the Hostname of your exchange server exactly. For your sever address in your dash did you enter www.fcimail.org and check the box this server requires SSL, if not then its probably not going to work. WM is very picky about certs and settings. We Use Godaddy SSL Certs because they are cheap and work with WM devices out of the box. Does your phone have the option, Settings/System/Certificates/Root. In there you should see Godaddy etc, if your SSL Root Cert is not their for your SSL issuer then you will have problems too. You should not have to intall or copy over your servers specific cert to you Dash if the company that issued it is contained in that Root list.
