Outlook 2010, Exchange 2010 SP3

UserA has given UserB Owner permission level on their Calendar - not Delegate, 
but Owner permissions in the Calendar folder properties.
UserB creates a new recurring appointment in UserA's calendar with multiple 
attendees.
Each time the recurring appointment comes due all the attendees are prompted to 
accept the appointment.  Usually when you accept a recurring appointment you 
don't have to accept each time.
UserB has deleted and recreated the appointment and it continues to happen.  
This doesn't happen when UserA creates appointments.
Anyone else seen this kind of behavior?
