[expert] Config settings for urpmi to use 9.1 CDROMs

By mistake, I deleted my setup for urpmi/rpmDrake to use the CDROMs of 
9.1. I am using the download edition.

If someone could email the proper configuration to me, I would 
appreciate it emmensely.
