Well, it sort of works, but the result is not what I would expect, knowing that Factor works with Unicode, and Unicode does contain all the pseudographics.
 
 
Okay, then. Since we don't seem to support that, I'll add the code page 437, if you don't mind.
 
I found the mapping file here: http://unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MICSFT/PC/CP437.TXT
Shall I call it io.encodings.8-bit.dos-437?
