On Feb 1, 2005 the specialists thought Kitty would not be around in a very few months.  She is in the bedroom now.  She is not in as good a shape as I would like but she is about 14 years old.  She will leave this world when she is ready.  Not when I think it is time and certainly not according to some formula a specialist believes in.  She is in no pain.  I would definitely know that since she shares her aches and pains with me.  This is to tell you, and remind myself, that life is not lived on our terms and not to give up on the wonderful friends we have.  Everyday I dread leaving and dread more coming back.  You are doing the same.  This is human.  They are superior.  They are not worried.  They are cats.  They know there is nothing to fear in leaving this world.    I hope I am not being to preachy---my prayers are with you and Philmore and I ask your prayers for Kitty and me.                                                             If you have men who will exclude any of God's creatures                                                  from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who                                                  will deal likewise with their fellow man.                                                                   St. Francis ----- Original Message ----- From: catatonya To: felvtalk@felineleukemia.org Sent: Friday, March 31, 2006 5:21 PM Subject: RE: OT: Prayer for Philmore Prayers for Philmore.  I hope he passes peacefully and easily.  It's so hard when you know there's nothing else you can do.  :(   tonya Hideyo Yamamoto <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Hi, I wanted to ask if I could ask for your prayer for my friend’s cat, Philmore who is not doing too well.
