With sudo.

winxpprodg:sw dgillespie$ sudo htop
htop(70719,0x7fffa88573c0) malloc: *** error for object 0x56402f20: pointer
being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
Abort trap: 6

Risking the exposure of my ignorance, below is the result of a grep such
for mkdir m4. Is this the file you are asking about?

./fink/10.9-libcxx/stable/main/finkinfo/utils/htop08.info: mkdir m4
