OMG, that little kid. He must have been about 6 years old wearing a drum major's costume. He stood in the middle of the boulevard with his hands on his hips like he was inspecting everything! He stayed right in the middle of the street as our group went on either side of him. It was hilarious and Sandy didn't see him, so no photos, darnit.
