Needs to be changed, but I ran out of time yesterday. I'm going to
hopefully snag a few minutes today to keep working on the
0.9.11-pre1release. Feel free to change your local data/version file
to match what the
plib-cvs head is looking for. Sorry for the short term inconsistency.
There are a number of pieces that need to all get changed at once, but I'm
stuck doing only one thing at a time here.
