I suggest that the best way to coordinate these sort of events would be through
the FligherGear Forums, as it would allow them to be announced well in advance
without the messages getting lost as they might be on the list.

Curt - could you create a new Forum for this please? 

I suggest a label of "Virtual Fly-Ins and Events", and a text description of

"Virtual fly-ins, fly-outs, competitions and other multi-player events. Find out
details of up-coming events, sign up for competitions, or organize your own tour
of a favourite location."
