Además de pedir ptfs, tambien permite al sistema autodiagnosticarse y enviar a IBM problemas de hardware.

Importante tener actualizado de PTFs el sistema: hay varias PTFs del Service Agent.

Creo recordar (no lo encuentro) que hubo algun mensaje con instruciones para conectar via interner con IBM, de forma segura, desde el as/400-iseries -i5-i- ?-, para solicitar ptf's mandar datos de rendimiento etc.
Si alguno lo tiene o mejor sabe de lo que hablo, por favor mandarme las instrucciones o el link.
