Creo que no es posible.
¿no será mas sencillo permitir que el as400 se conecte? El documento incluye los puertos, ips para los que debes permitir tráifco de red. ¿hay algun motivo para desconfiar de una VPN que monta el as400 para conectar con Rochester?
