If volunteers are needed for Asian timezones, I can help with that on
#gnome-hackers and #newcomers. My timezone is UTC+0530 and my
registered nick is `nirbheek`.

I am regularly on other channels too, but I'm sure there are
initiative-specific people who are more appropriate for those.
