But I don't think we're optimising for those. In fact, the number of insulting rants is surprisingly low. Arguably lower than the number of posts that were banned for no obvious reason.
As you can see, people have different opinions on what they feel is offending. And I'd rather see the occasional troll posting than banning one legitimate mail.
