Hi Sue, Your FrameMaker version is the latest one. That's good. Some questions: Only Save as PDF does not work? Print to a PostScript file is OK? Can you activate/deactivate the option Use Acrobat Distiller for PDF generation (in the Publish pod, PDF, settings file). Do you have this issue with all your books and single files? Structured and non-structured? Also when you create a new file with the FrameMaker default templates? When this started, was there anything special? Did you install another application? Any software updates? Windows updates? Any changes in your anti-virus application? Can you save as PDF when you deactivate your anti-virus application?
