Yes they were, the French translation was updated, a Turkish translation
and several others were added from
<http://freedoslocal.sourceforge.net/>, see the commits on August 13th,
2018 on
<https://github.com/FDOS/freecom/commits?after=81535436f80343d7d111df381f2f9020bd1e3362+34>.
The thing is, I translated "code page" as "page code" in Turkish :-/
Fixed files are available on
