I would be seriously surprised. Windows refuses to *format* drives above 32GB as FAT32, but simply works with it up to maximum capacity of (2^32 * sectorsize) which is usually 2TB. FreeDOS doesn't support sectorsizes other then 512, so anything up to 2TB should be supported.
