What you want is an OpenType Collection (OTC), which I'd guess are pretty darned rare at the moment.
You'd have more luck finding a TrueType collection (TTC). If you have access to a Windows 10 install, for example, then: cambria.ttc mingliub.ttc msgothic.ttc msjh.ttc msjhbd.ttc msjhl.ttc msyh.ttc msyhbd.ttc msyhl.ttc simsun.ttc Sitka.ttc SitkaB.ttc SitkaI.ttc SitkaZ.ttc YuGothB.ttc YuGothL.ttc YuGothM.ttc YuGothR.ttc FWIW, I don't see that many OTC/TTC fonts in the free/open source world.
