Is there some way to set mplayer-options per-directory rather
than per-file or -filetype? I've got a bunch of files that
really need "-af volume=+10", but of course that buggers up
things that don't need it so it's not a great thing to be
sticking in MPLAYER_ARGS.
Putting it in an fxd file is probably the cleanest way to go,
but right now I'd be happy enough with the mplayer module looking
for MPLAYER_ARGS['/full/name/of/directory'] and using that in
preference to anything else if it exists.
