Hi there,

I´m still trying to figure out what is happening... I tried to
downgrade xine-ui and xine libs, but the problem persist. Running xine
from command line I found that, if you send anything to it then it
quits right. I mean, if you run xine, and send a command
(SetPosition10%, pause/play), or even just a <enter> it exit fine.

So... I´m thinking that we can do a uggly hack that send a <enter> to
xine after say, 3 to 5 seconds after it started. Do you think it is
possible?

A program should be light and agile, its subroutines connected like a
string of pearls. The spirit and intent of the program should be
retained throughout. There should be neither too little or too much,
neither needless loops nor useless variables, neither lack of structure
nor overwhelming rigidity.
                                                The Tao Of Programing
