Hi there,

I had asked about this sometime ago, but it ended that my tv arrived
broken and I had to return it. I got pissed off, and gave up. Now, I
got a new lcd tv and I´m looking for the changes that I have to do to
convert my current 4:3 setup to a 16:9 one.
Since the current machine is not so powerfull ( old Atlhon XP2200+) and
I dont have hd content, what´s the best balance between quality and
performance? My current setup is running at 800x600, so my guess is
that I should change it to 1280x720, or should i go for the 854x480
route? Panorama skin and what should I add to mplayer and xine
settings?
