Dear listers,

This is the second time I've had to email NewerTech support about replacing a battery, in the past month, but I'm starting to wonder if it's not my Lombard that's causing my battery problems, instead of the batteries themselves. I know the charging board is good on it, AFAIK, and the batteries did quit showing up as charged, with a corresponding light on the LED indicators on the side of the battery. Still, it's curious as to how a good company can send me two bad batteries in a row, without the possibility of a machine problem..

Well, hopefully you'll all have some good advice for me,
Caleb

I dont know why, but I have had _zero_ luck bringing any third party WS or lombard batteries back to life. BTI or Newertech.
