Thing now is. I think if you mod a 360, the console wil detect it and not let you on live.

I think you had a boot screen at the start up. Problem was, you had to get a mod chip and then find the flash for the chip and software to make it all work. At the time the Xbox came out I was already out of the Video Game biz. I used to Mod PS1's and other systems for people. To be able to play out of state games and other things. I have every system that was made since Atari up to the 360, only system I don't have, and will not buy is the PS3. I love playing my Neo Geo. Street Fighter rocks. I have heard a lot about the Linux Geeks that were putting Linux on there game consoles like the XBox, but it ended up just being totally pointless in the end. After they did that the only games there could run were the games made specially for Linux such as the open source version of Quake, Pengwuine Command, Ice Breaker, Asteroids, KDE Packman, whatever. It was really a useless piece of hardware after that. Putting XP on your PS3 really amounts to the same thing. Big whoop. You got XP on a Play Station. Now, go play your PC games on a console instead of on a PC. Liam Erven wrote: > No offense, but running xp on a ps3 is pointless. It's not gonna play > any games.
